When Clamor detects unusually high Activity Usage (like many analyses at once), it automatically slows or pauses processes to maintain speed and accuracy. This resets within 2-24 hours depending on the level of over-activity.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your credit limits and features will update right away.

If you return after cancellation, simply reconnect your social accounts to restart your workspace.
For Essential and Enhanced plans, refunds aren’t provided for partial months or unused credits. Access remains active through your current billing period.
Enterprise users require 60 days’ written notice prior to renewal for non-renewal or downgrade requests. Mid-term cancellations are subject to an early termination fee equal to 25% of remaining contract value to cover support and infrastructure costs.
Clamor is designed to support heavy usage across your entire workspace, even with multiple team members running analyses throughout the day. To ensure consistent performance for everyone, extremely high activity in a short period (across one user or an entire team) may temporarily slow or pause new analyses. This is automatic, short-lived, and resets on its own—no action required.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Navigate to Workspace Settings → Billing and select Cancel Subscription.

If you return in the future, you can restart by reconnecting your social accounts and setting up a new workspace.

Getting started is simple. Sign up with your work email, confirm your account, create a team and connect your social channels. Once your social accounts are connected, Clamor will begin analyzing conversations and insights will start populating automatically. If you are joining an existing team, reach out to your team's owner who can send you an invitation to join their team directly.
Yes. Only Workspace Owners/Admins can modify billing. Owners/Admins can update their billing at any time by visiting Workspace Settings > Billing tab.
